The social media companies all run a pay to play racket. So remember, if you want to keep seeing the cartoons, Like, Comment, Share, Retweet, Repost, Bookmark. Those are the ways to train the algorithm.

Teacher Appreciation
Our unwillingness to adequately fund teachers and school for children across the US is one of our most shortsighted policies.
If we really appreciated teachers we’d remove the barriers to effective education.
The GOP Abides
It would be preferable if the front runner for the Republican Presidential nomination were not someone found liable for sexual abuse and battery.
But the Republican Party doesn’t seem to care.
Coronation Day
We literally fought a war so that I can disrespect this outdated tradition. Happy Coronation Day.
Clarence Doesn’t Pay
Luxury trips, real estate, private school tuition for a dependent, payments to his wife with her name removed from the invoice to disguise it - Clarence Thomas is willing to take it all from rich benefactors without disclosing it.
It’s not the way our Supreme Court Justices should act.

Legislating without Understanding
It’s amazing how people will legislate against something they don’t understand and have trouble defining accurately. The unintended consequences will be large.
TV Bundle Licensing Fees
Any schadenfreude about Fox News’s huge payout to Dominion is tempered by the knowledge that anyone using a cable, satellite, or streaming live tv bundle is almost certainly paying licensing fees to Fox News, whether you want their channel or not.
Comfort TV
What happened to people that made them turn to Fox News and its constant outrage as their form of comfort TV?
